Contact information and helplines in Finland

If you don't know who to talk to about
your situation at home, talk to adults close to you. At school you could talk to one of your teachers, the school welfare officer, or the school nurse. Also youth workers and other adults working with children and youth can advise you on where to find help.

You can find information about services in your own municipality by looking up the homepage of your domicile or by selecting your domicile from the list of Local Authorities on the The Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities website. Select Social and Health Services or Youth Services. You can also directly contact the municipal personnel of your domicile to find out what kind of help is available in your region.
